Fukujuen - Kabusecha
Kabusecha is also a shaded tea like gyokuro, but compared to gyokuro which is shielded from sunlight for more than 20 days, kabusecha is only shaded for 1 week or so.
This results in less “umami” and a more refreshing flavor. It is like a midpoint between sencha and gyokuro.
